2. Banana Pancakes

Nutritional information: 367 kcal

  • 15 % protein; 50 % fat and 35% carbohydrates
  • 14 g protein; 20 g fat and 32 g carbohydrates

Preparation time: 10 min.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg + 1 egg white
  • 2 tablespoons of oatmeal
  • Coconut oil

Directions:

  1. Peel and cut the banana into slices.
  2. Add sliced banana, egg, egg white, and oatmeal to a blender and mix until smooth.
  3. Heat up coconut oil in a frying pan.
  4. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of the batter into the heated pan.
  5. Cook on low heat for 3 minutes on each side.
  6. Repeat steps 3-4 for each pancake.
