Fat To Fit – Fattofit Home Workout

Warm-up

AMRAP 5:

10 lunges

:30 hollow hold

20 jumping jacks

Metcon (Time)

6 rounds for time:

10 burpees

20 chair step ups

10 bent over rows (each arm, holding a weight from around the house)

Time cap: 15 min

Cool Down

5 min walk/jog + accumulate 2 min in the bottom of a squat hold
